Suggested Application when the need for testosterone balancing is indicated:
Apply ½ – teaspoon (2.5 ml) of cream daily for 21 days, stop for 1 week.

About 1 hour before exercise or sexual activity, apply up to 2 teaspoons creme on the body.  The daily application can also be applied since the second application is pinpointed to a particular exercise. Both types of applications may be applied on the same day.  Apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose areas of the skin that have little hair and a good blood flow like the wrist, upper chest, neck, groin, inner thigh or arm.
