Adrenal Care

Suggested Application:
Apply about 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of lotion daily. For best results apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose skin areas that are more of a thin skin close to capillary blood flow.  Suggested areas might be upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas. Use more lotion if desired according to personal needs.

For women using Cycle Balance Progesterone PLUS or other progesterone cream:
Use on days when other creams are not being not used.  For example:  Adrenal Care could be used up until ovulation has occured and Cycle Balance Cream or Cycle Balance Cream PLUS from ovulation to menses.
