Pregnenolone is the precursor to many of the other hormones which means that it is a hormone that is converted to other hormones.  For best use 10mg / 1/4 tsp once a day. Apply to thin skinned areas and close to blood flow.  2 pumps equals about 1/4 tsp / 10 mg.  For questions about other amounts to be used ask your health care professional.
